The Initial Sprint:

Prospective clients are asking for more details on what we can offer right away and how we do it. Explore the key pillars of our early work with women founders here.

  • We kick off the week of January 5 with two distinct 45-minute calls so our advisory team can get to know your business quickly. This phase is critical — we want to understand your North Star as you see it and align on urgency.

  • After Discovery, we focus our 45 min weekly calls on operations, finances, and marketing. We want to know what’s working, what’s not working, and where the gaps are. You can count on these weekly meetings for all of Q2.

  • In three 90-min custom workshops, we will dive into the broader market, positioning, and strategy setting. Our shared goal is an actionable roadmap with realistic ops, finance, sales and mktg objectives that feels achievable to the team.

  • We are always looking for opportunities to optimize our clients in the day-to-day. We’ll make space for intros and resources as we need them along the way. Whether it’s branding, hiring, back-end efficiencies, bookkeeping, or anything related to executing on the 2026 strategy, we’re ready to provide curated support.

  • By the end of Q2, we want you to feel informed about 2026 and ready to roll. We’ll discuss what our continued execution support looks like for you for the remainder of the year.

  • At Evergreen, we believe that growth partnership fees should never be prohibitive. We also know that working capital is a key resource for businesses at all stages. We charge a flat-rate monthly fee for this initial sprint.
